Hellweg & Cloutier's "Harp-Hill" model modern instrument tailpiece for Violin, Viola, Cello, and Contrabass. Produced in small batches for limited release.

Installation: We highly recommend you consult a skilled luthier to install a tailpiece on your violin, viola, or cello! When installing a tailpiece, your soundpost can fall when removing the strings requiring a highly skilled process with years of training to ensure proper refit for the instrument. In addition, there are important steps for a proper fit, tailgut considerations, and string length behind the bridge. Please consult your luthier before purchasing to ensure the proper size is ordered for your instrument!

Wood Varieties: Mountain Mahogany, Boxwood, Richlite, Katalox, Southern Live Oak

Sustainability: The wood species are not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
